All right, let’s take a look at the UNI senior captain wide receiver Daurice Fountain has been a big impact player for the Panther offense the past four seasons He played in all 14 games as a true freshman started 13 games as a sophomore and last year led the team in receiving yards Now is senior Daurice believes his offensive unit is one of the best in FCS football What one reason why I think is because we’re explosive You know we got great depth in the backfield obviously we got great deputy receivers and our quarterback is will eel. I’ve done You know so all around the board including the office’ line. That’s what it starts We’re just talented in the first two games this season Daurice has eight catches for 105 yards with three touchdowns A team captain Daurice is leading his teammates both on and off the field he’s a good leader he wants to be really good and He’s worked his tail off this offseason. He’s in there during the weekends and during After workouts. He’ll still be in there working on footwork or trying to get faster and You know when he’s on practice he you can tell that he really wants to football and he and he’s always going hard big personality loud always practices hard Everybody knows where jury says Challenges everybody around him all day long. It’s important to him. He loves football Great athlete has a chance to have a great senior year he needs to have a great senior year for us, and he’s poised to do that a Division one multi-sport athlete Daurice is an all-conference and national qualifier in the hurdles His time on the track is helping him make some big strides on the football field now. Coach Farley I talked to him right before spring ball started And we would work we were talking about the things like I need to work on to become a complete football player And one thing that we always say I need to work on speech is overwrought speech because it’s one thing being quick with the hurdles But just overall foot speed That was my main focus this offseason so working with my track coaches everything just doing just not only hurdle technique But just regular running technique that really helped improve my game a lot this offseason Majoring in communication studies Daurice Fountain hopes to be involved with the sport of football for many years to come I Graduate here, if not obviously everyone dreams made to leave was not I’m looking it’s against a coaching. You know. I really can see myself Impacting players like influence and players like how coaches did to me so I can really see myself doing that Daurice and the Panthers have two road games and a bye week before returning home on October 7 when we come back we preview this week’s trip to southern, Utah with coach Farley

  1. Reminds me of denarius moore, will be a good #2 option. will probably go in the 3rd-4th rd to the Panthers. They need WRs bad after they got rid of Benjamin.
